studies have shown that certain steroids pass through breast milk, it is not known if Nasonex passes through breast milk. However, it is not thought that the medication would pass through breast milk because very little Nasonex reaches the bloodstream. If you are taking Nasonex and breastfeeding at the same time, be sure to watch for any side effects in your child.
